RETURN POLICY:

Sassy Ashley and Mystical Nature Art Company accepts returns within ten days of receiving the product that meets the following criteria: the product is defective or damaged upon receipt or the product does not match the description of what was purchased.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Digital products and services that have been accessed or downloaded are not refundable. Customized or personalized products and services are not refundable. Vinyl sticker products are not refundable.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
