The Solution To Struggling With Prayer
If you're struggling when it comes to prayer, I've got a solution for you--prayer journaling! Journaling has been a game-changer for my relationship with God. Putting my thoughts and feelings down on paper helps me to focus and connect with Him in a deeper way. Plus, it's a great way to look back and see how God has been working in my life. So if you're feeling stuck in your prayer life, try some journaling. Do you ask yourself sometimes if God is listening? You might find it helpful to start a prayer journal.
What Even Is Prayer Journaling?
A prayer journal is a notebook that you use to write down all of the things that you are manifesting and praying for. A prayer journal is simply a tool that anyone can use, like a diary, that serves as a private and holy place for you to write down your prayers to God. How you set up your journal is completely up to you! Whether you choose to jot bullet points down or fully write your prayers out, it is very insightful to keep a record of the things you are praying for. You'll even be able to go back and remember all the prayers that God has answered for you before.
Okay, So the Solution To Struggling With Prayer is Prayer Journaling!
BUT How Do I Even Get Started?
To start your prayer journal journey, you're first going to need a notebook you like. You can either use a traditional notebook or a digital prayer journal. I recommend that you use the avenue that best suits your needs and personality! Both have their benefits and I promise the outcome will be the same.
Once you've decided what type of journal that you'll be using, it's time to decide what you’re going to write about. Is there a situation in your life you just can't seem to get through? Are you praying to God for a new business venture or job? Or are you battling with a relationship that you need God's help navigating? No matter where you choose to start, what's most important is that you write what's on your heart. If you need a little push to get started, here's how I set up my prayer journal.
Hope This Helps A Bunch,
